I know  all of you are juggling many roles.  You're working full-time, are married and or a parent, going to school, and have a part-time business.  How do you keep all those balls in the air and still have time to protect your physical and emotional health.  How do you stay organized?  Do you have days when everything crashes and do you keep a reserve for those emergencies?

I crashed this morning....let me tell you why:

**ezine went out monday (I had to write it)
**Monday and Tuesday, special church service
**scheduled talk show on talk shoe
**prepared intro letter for PSCA (PTA) for my boys' open house which was last night for two hours; I am the president for the PSCA
**renting, signing up, scheduling for our women's day rummage this saturday
**buying viewing, getting ready for the wedding reception on Sunday.
**actually did the talk show last night...
OH, don't forget my son has football games...yes I crashed this morning!!!

Staying organized as super mom??? I have the busy woman's daily planner http://www.thebusywoman.com
It's a fashionable purse and planner all in one. I haven't carried my other hand bags in months. (no this is not my site, so I"m not promoting..it's just a handy tool)

~~I also have my cell phone with calendar that has alerts and my palm pilot.Without something ringing in my life, I get nervous, like I'm missing something.

Can I also say this in the techno savvy world of today? The tradidtional paper calendar keeps the entire family ready to go!!!

Blessings to you and yours!

I have a secret weapon to keep most emergencies from happening.
I just use one magic word... No.
Seriously, I know some things come up that you can't avoid, but a lot of times we tend to over commit.
If there are things that you know you can't do, you can either say no or delegate that task to an assistant.

You''re right DeAnna. I overcommit because I enjoy so many things. I think this will be fun, I'll fit it in. And I expect to find some way to do everything.
