arlenemg | | Hi! I am sorry to bother you folks but some advice would be much appreciated. I do not know how I did this - but I have about 4 or 5 different ID's and passwords for several different email accounts - and now I am so messed up that Ryze (I am sure is trying to protect me)gives me the message that I need to validate my email - and the more I do that - the worse off it is!
I have been sending support tickets daily to RYZE support and I get NO answers!
One person suggested I contact RYZE and cancel all and start over - however - I don't seem to be able to get the attention of their support team.

Gery DiMarco | | Whichever email addy you choose as your default is the one Ryze will use to send your updates. Delete those that are confusing for you. The additional websites, when validated are just email addys that folks can use to verify that the person requesting a friend add really knows you.
If they are unvalidated it simply means if someone tries to use it to add you as a friend it will not accept the request.
That's the way it was explained to me once. Hope that helps.
