I will select a few answers to feature in my ezine, Delegation Tips for the Workaholic. Of course I will give the contributor full credit and include that person's url in the ezine.
I'll go first. If I had the money, I would hire someone to go through all of my email and delete all of the junk.
I'd have that person call me if there was anything important that I had to act on right away.

I wish I had someone who could do all of that for me and then hand me a list of names and phone numbers of people who were possibly interested in my site selection services and wanted to learn more about it. I'll happily do business presentations all day long!

So as a piggyback for someone that might consider offering this kind of a service, would you be more prone to pay by the hour or try to work out some sort of commission based pay scheme?
