Althea, I was pondering this same subject only last night and trying to figure out the value of the feature. My deduction is as follows: It can be a useful feature if properly used. The way I see it, when someone asks to network with you, if you both follow these simple steps it would be effective. 1: Before requesting a network partner visit their Ryze page and find common interests.
2: Make the request for a networking relationship.
3: Once the request is accepted open up your contact information to your new network partner.( both parties should do this)
4: Add your new partner to your contact manager.
You are now networked!
BTW – you can further strengthen the relationship by signing each other’s guest book and adding each other as a friend.
In your contact manager you will find such information as: Name, Title, Company, Phone #, E-mail, and Ryze Home Page.
Use this new information to your discretion.
